Gear and Gadgetry.com ships 99% of all orders the next business day from the date received. Most orders in the 48 states are received by our customers in 6 business days via UPS/USPS standard delivery.
All processing and delivery times are based on business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
For shipping we prefer a straightforward approach to providing you with shipping costs. Our prices reflect the shipping prices we have negotiated with UPS/USPS + packing material and handling costs. These costs are clearly stated at checkout, not hidden by inflating the price of our products. Gear and Gadgetry.com believes in offering our customers huge everyday savings (even after shipping & handling fees), plus best-of-class service. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

We are dedicated to offering the highest quality products at affordable prices. However, if you find any item not meeting your satisfaction, then you may return it for refund within 30 days. We will refund full item cost. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item received is defective or due to shipping errors. Prior to returning merchandise to Gear and Gadgetry.com, please contact CustomerService@gearandgadgetry.com to coordinate the return of the item. Uncoordinated returns can not be accepted. Also, please note:
All products must be in new, resellable condition if it is being returned.
Examples of new, resellable products:
- A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not been worn
- A shotgun that has not yet been pieced together
- A tree stand that has not been assembled
Examples of products that we will refuse:
- A boot with mud on it (has been worn outside)
- A riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm
- Items not in original condition
Refused items will be shipped directly back to you, and will not be credited. For this reason, it is important to understand the condition of your products before returning them for refund.
If the item is used and found defective, we will exchange or repair within 60 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturer’s warranty together with your Gear and Gadgetry.com sales receipt and invoice. Prior to returning merchandise to Gear and Gadgetry.com, please contact CustomerService@gearandgadgetry.com to coordinate the return of the item. Uncoordinated returns can not be accepted.
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued as refund check sent under separate cover.
Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The replacement item will then be rebilled as another credit card purchase.
